You received a message from an address ending in @assistant.tellkeep.ai, signed with a name you may not recognise. Nothing is wrong. Here is exactly what happened, in the order you probably want it.
A person you know, or who is trying to reach you, uses TellKeep. TellKeep gives them a scheduling assistant with its own name and its own email address. When they need to find a time with you, the assistant writes to you on their behalf, reads your reply, and puts the meeting on their calendar. The person's own name is in the message.
It is software, and it says so. It is not pretending to be a colleague, and if you ask it whether it is a person it will tell you the truth.
Because the person who uses TellKeep gave it to us, in order to write to you. Usually that is because you were already on an email thread together, they forwarded your message to their assistant, or they asked it to reach you by name. We did not buy your address, and we did not find it in a list.
In data protection terms, that person and their company decided to contact you. They are the controller. We carry out the instruction on their behalf, which is why some requests below have to go to them rather than to us.
That is the whole list, and it exists to arrange one meeting. No conversation with you was ever recorded. TellKeep does not record calls or meetings, by design. You were not added to anyone's marketing list, and you will not receive a newsletter from us.
Reply to the email and say so. "Stop contacting me", "unsubscribe", or "take me off this list" all work, in English or Spanish.
It is honoured immediately and permanently. No form, no account, and no reply asking you to reconsider. You get one short confirmation that we stopped, and the person who was writing to you is told that we did.
To honour it we keep your address on a do-not-contact list, and that is the one thing we deliberately do not delete. If we erased it, the next time someone added you we would write to you again, which is the opposite of what you asked for.
Being left alone is your call and we act on it ourselves. Deleting the record is the controller's call, because it is their business correspondence. Write to privacy@soluzionali.com and we will identify who that is and pass it on, or tell you directly if it is us. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to access, correct, or object. The privacy policy covers those in full.
If you believe someone is using TellKeep to contact you when they should not be, tell us at privacy@soluzionali.com. Include the message if you can. We investigate this, and we can stop an account from sending.
